Highland Games

We spent the Saturday at the Highland Games in Spokane! The kids loved seeing the pipe and drum bands compete, the sheep dog working the sheep, the Highland Cattle, and the dancing. They were also lucky to receive a free little kids kilt which was just a plaid fabric wrap with velcro tabs. We had a lot of fun there with our friends. Janie competed in the kids highland games. She played in the haggis toss and placed second and won a blue ribbon in the sheep toss game!
