Carrie wanted me to put up this Valentines day post. But I’m gonna title it as I did on PTA.
Happy Obligatory Romance Day!
So if you get flowers and chocolate on this day, don’t feel special. The only reason you got it was because somebody knew that
a. They’d catch hell if they didn’t give it to you.
b. There’d be some sort of love loss.
c. There’d be a lack of sweet lovin’ that night.
d. You’d make them feel guilty by bringing up how un-romantic the so-called “day of romance” was for you.
Now if you are to receive flowers and chocolate on some random day of the week. Then feel loved and appreciated.
Or as Leslie coined, Happy False Expectations Misleading Self-Centered Gifts Day!

but, it is fun, and a good excuse to get out the barbeque and have those big steaks, and to bring home the chocolate cream pie! (you don’t have the wine)
Happy Valentines Day!
Happy Valentines Day!!! Yeah, its fun!! along with the random days to give gifts or flowers all year! Also, Happy Engagement Anniversary to you two!
It sounds like, somebody needs a hug
It’s fun having a special day set aside to show the one you LOOOVE how special they are to you! It’s little things like when Jarrid walked in the door today from work and Jacob gave him a homemade valentines card and said with a great big smile, “Happy Birthday Daddy!!!!”
HaPpY VaLeNtInEs DaY!! by the way… i got roses for Valentines Day, so… what are you trying to say with this post? huh? HUH?? haha! but… this post is very true. Most of the people that came into my work today were men buying cards, balloons, teddy bears, etc. for their wives. it made me giggle a little bit…
Yea, even though Chad tries to act tuff… he still took me to the resort on the lake for dinner, along with a single rose… and he sure did enjoy his beef jerky and candy I gave him for Valentines Day.
Oh yea… that is so cute that Jacob thought it was Jarrids Birthday!!!
